DigiNews is an AI-powered visual news generator that converts raw text stories, newspaper column scans (via OCR), or custom MP3 audio files into broadcast-ready 9:16 vertical short videos with synchronized Kannada speech and AI-generated presenter lip-sync.

Accepts Kannada/English text or image uploads. Image columns are cropped & transcribed using Tesseract OCR.
Supports Sarvam AI (Kannada), ElevenLabs Voice ID (Mrs. Sandhya S. Pai clone 60b3ZzCah5wQuCmfbZUx), or custom MP3 uploads.
Generates 9:16 visual news background segments using Flux Schnell or Flux Dev models matching script context.
Animates presenter portrait photo with generated audio using high-performance AI lip-sync models.
FFmpeg overlays the lip-synced presenter, visual background, and Kannada audio into a 720p 9:16 MP4 video.
